COVID19 Contingency Preparedness

Custom Logo USA is committed to a safe workplace for our staff, our valued clients and partners.

For our industry supply chain disruptions, widespread event cancelations and state-mandated closures have created unforeseen challenges. However, due to our vast distributor networks throughout the country our business remains fully operational. This includes all of our product lines including The North Face, Under Armour and Nike apparel as well as all of our custom promotional products.

More importantly, we are taking precautions to ensure the safety of our team members during this period:

  • Custom Logo USA has expanded our existing company-wide paid sick leave benefit for all employees. Any staff member who is not feeling well has been instructed to stay home.
  • Custom Logo USA has implemented additional remote work capabilities that expand upon our current capabilities to support and maintain our client needs and create a safe workplace environment.
  • Custom Logo is encouraging that necessary client meetings be done via phone and meeting share technologies.
  • Orders placed will only be avilable for shipping as pick up options are being put on hold until further notice.
  • Current pick up orders in house will be shipped out at no charge.
  • With these increased precautions some delays could occur in our phone support systems. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding and ensure the same quick and efficient response times we pride ourselves on.

Our Staff is cross-trained across services and product lines which will limit any impact from health related absenteeism.
